Plastic tubes and bottles are filled in a variety of sizes and placed into glued or tucked flap retail cartons, shrink wrapped into desired inner-packs, placed into shippers and palletized. SmartScience Laboratories also has high speed automated blister packaging line for packaging of capsules or tablets.

Our equipment is a starch-less system than can produce up to 1.5MM - 4 gram gummies per day. Pectin and gelatin based gummies can be made in sugar or sugar free versions, with or without flavor and color. Custom nutrient packages can be incorporated into the gummies or choose from one of our many formulas including CBD, Apple Cider Vinegar, Elderberry, Immune Support and Multivitamin.
